After a private consultation, a customized program is tailored to your specific needs, including BMI calculation and body fat testing (call for specifications), followed by a one-on-one personal training session.
This instructive experience is designed to both educate the novice and challenge the accomplished fitness enthusiast. Build strength, increase muscular endurance, and enhance agility through essential controlled movements to sculpt the entire body.
This custom workout is the perfect combination of cardiovascular and muscular endurance training. Using traditional boxing equipment, this class burns calories, builds stamina, and develops muscles while pushing you to your limits.
You’ll have fun while burning vast amounts of calories. You’ll utilize the BOSU, physio ball, hurdles, agility ladders, and more, all to improve muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. This innovative workout will challenge your body and stimulate your mind.
This is a slow-paced class, designed for the beginning yoga student; however, all levels are invited to attend. Use our supportive environment to concentrate on form and alignment. Evening classes are candlelit. Private sessions will end with an aromatherapy massage of the neck, shoulders and temples.
This session is a 30-minute class in which the instructor will lead you peacefully into a 20-minute period of silence. Class will begin with the healing vibration of Sanskrit chanting to soothe the mind and awaken the spirit.
A fitness method for everyone, Pilates conditions the whole body to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. The instructor will assess your level and help you modify to your pace.
This fitness regime is designed to accommodate every fitness level. Combining elements of mat pilates, yoga, calisthenics, and core stability, this workout not only strengthens and conditions your body, it will also leave you energized and stress-free.
As you cycle to heart-pumping music, the instructor will use verbal commands and sometimes visual imagery to guide you through this exhilarating class.
